"How To Raise Money" by Dick Brown is a synopsis of decades of real world, hands on experience succinctly packed into less than 140 pages. Dick provides the entrepreneur everything but the signed check they need to finance their enterprise...and at a low price of about ten cents a page. His counsel includes everything but a ski mask and gun. If there is money out there for your company, Dick's advice and sample business plan will help you get it. Before you put your hand out, make sure his book is in the other one - FNS Some very interesting insights Mr. Brown! FWIW: I am on the 4th re-read of your 'How to raise capital' book - Priceless!! Each read reveals more insights & inspiration. I can't tell you how many mistakes mentioned in the book I have made, and more importantly SAVED me from making. How can I put a monetary value on this? IMHO: The BEST $20 I've spent!! I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants a concise, fresh & intuitive perspective into the world and minds of capital formation. Thank you Mr. Brown for so eloquently summarizing your life's business acumen! "How To Raise Money" is a very
helpful book. Easy to read about scenarios that other
books really complicate. "The new ""Insider
Edition"" has everything required for someone trying to
raise money. It covers everything from the history of risk
capital to "inside a VC's head" to how to write your
business plan and market it. Highly recommend. - PC
