The EE Expo Plans - Details and Costs
A. EE Expo Plan: "Professional Package" - Consists of: a. Evaluation: AW reviews each Client's Executive Summary and Business Plan. b. Strategy: AW also suggests an individual, complete "Funding Strategy" along with a matching "Corporate Identity". Client actually edits and prepares the materials. In parallel, Client and AW define the schedule of events and a suggested "menu" of any additional sales materials required (to be supplied by Client). c. Promotion: AW prepares the "AW/EE email 'Tickler'" for the AW/EE "Insider Group" d. Positioning: `The "AW/EE Tickler" will also be published as "Featured EE Ventures" in the AW/EE Blog. e. Consultation: Unlimited support 9-6 EST via E-Mail and Phone - as required. f. Education: A free copy of AW's "How To Raise Money, Insider Edition".
Fee: $795.00
B. EE Expo Plan: "Thrifty Option" (AW Blog Insertion Only), Thrifty Option a. Marketing: A simple EE review, approval and posting on the esteemed AW Blog. Client writes their own copy and submits the ad to be published. Limited to 115 words. b. Consultation: Limited support 9-6 EST via E-Mail and Phone, as required. c. Education: A free copy of AW's "How To Raise Money, Insider Edition"
Note: The rest of the EE Expo "Professional Package" (#a - #e) is not included.
Fee: $195.00
3. EE Expo Plan Extension, Phase II (Available With EE Expo "Professional Package" Only): Selling the Investors and Closing the Deal. a. Option 1: As you find interested investors with the AW/EE Expo, if you and your team feel confident with selling and closing these investors while also negotiating your deal, there are no further costs.
b. Option 2: If you could use some help and counseling during this critical phase, AW will assist as one of your "team members". The charge for these tasks is a negotiated consulting fee* that is paid to AW as the funding activity progresses. * Varies with the amount of help you may need and the funding required. Individually negotiated with each Client. These fees do not include travel or any other expenses. Such expenses are always submitted to Client for prior approval.
4. ES and Business Plan Evaluation, plus Funding Strategy - ONLY AW acts as an "interested, experienced, potential investor and completely reviews Client's Executive Summary and Business Plan and also suggests an individual Financing Strategy, in writing. Client actually does final edits. Fee includes unlimited email and telephone contact - available from AW, 9-6 EST.
Note: The rest of the EE "Professional Package" is not included.
