1. First Step (Mandatory) - Business Plan Evaluation and Funding Strategy AW reviews each Client's Executive Summary and Business Plan and also suggests an individual Financing Strategy. Client actually edits and prepares the materials. In parallel, Client and AW prepare a schedule of events and a "menu" of the supporting sales material required. AW prepares a "PR announcement" to position Client uniquely in the Email Campaign. Fee includes unlimited email and telephone contact - available from AW, 9-6 EST. Fee: $595.

2. Second Step, Email Campaign Having completed the "First Step" above, AW can now act as your Partner ("Marketing & Sales Department") to generate the qualified leads from which you actually obtain the funds. AW sends your unique story as an introduction to the individual emails. Client gets all the sales leads. Fee: $195. (Not available without purchase of First Step.) 3. Third Step, Selling the Investors and Closing the Deal: Option 1: If you and your team feel confident with selling and closing your investors while also negotiating your deal, there are no further costs.
Option 2: If you could use some help and counseling during this critical phase, AW will assist as one of your "team". The charge for these tasks is an initial retainer, plus a negotiated Performance Bonus* that is paid to AW only when funding is obtained. (This does not include travel or any other expenses that may be required. Such expenses are always submitted to Client for prior approval.)
